There isn't really a blank bar through your Blue Seas voltmeter, is there?

Wish I could find one of these buttons without buying the whole console:



Mine is all white. One of the first things I noticed when I took delivery and it's been bugging me ever since. When I'm looking for the hazard light button, I'm looking for something red.

 

Someone previously said it is for the motor that moves the mirror. I was drawing a blank at the time.

 

Isn't bar through, yea looks like oem hazard button (used) are only for sale with all console unfortunately

Took off the chin strap, cut about 4 inches off, and reinstalled it.
Nothing better than a free mod that only takes 20 minutes and improves the trucks looks.
I didn't like the exposed square bars and don't want to spend $400 for a skid plate to make it look like the OR/Pro.

 

Removed the stock TRD-OR grill, installed a new Pro Grille and added some amber grille lights. The grille lights come on with my headlights, we'll see if I change that to use them as running lights.

 

I am actually in the process now of giving something new a try. Saw this Vvivid vinyl wrap that is Bed Liner on CK Wraps YouTube channel. Going to lay down some Kilz as smooth as I can and see if this wrap will stand up to the task.

I added another layer of sound deadener to the inside door panels today to complete the process and added a new amplifier the JL HD600/4

 

Added a UnderCover Armor Flex bed cover to ye ole Taco. It's coated with Line-X bed liner. And comes with a 5 year warranty.

 

My 2017 has BSM. Well, it did. Got removed when I had the high clearance rear bumper installed.


Ran wires from my aux battery back to the cab for two DC outlets for the fridge and whatever. While I was at it I ran power back to the bed for a DC and USB outlet there also.

 

Added the third rail in the bed. Price was reasonable ~$60 delivered. But I had to say a big WTF to the price for the end caps. $30???

Threw in a set of neoprene rear seat covers today.
