I have 19 and it charges, but never catches the device up. It just sort of maintains, as long as you are not using the device. If you are using it, the device just doesn't run down quite as fast. I found out with my old school phone, so the draw should have been negligible. I charge with a long USB charger cord run from the center console under the gear shifter area to the small area in front of the cupholders.

Try this one. The cover stays open, but doesn't interfere with drinks and what not.

I've never tried using the dash USB port for charging. Its got a 64 G flash drive with my music.

The center console charging ports work fine. I have a mini cord in one and a micro cord in the other, both ran out to the cup holder area for easy use.

I understand and agree with having different styles appropriate for the occasion. However do think this is something new? Old English is almost another language but go back just 50 years and see the difference. Read a letter from back then and the "language" is much different.

My next question would be why keep some old stuff that doesn't make sense? QUEUE is better than que? Cheque makes more sense than check?
Or don't some how is better than dont? English is a mess might as well just go with it :p
    someday ok
    lastnight not ok?

I partially agree. The intent was to get the younger folks in the class ready for higher level placement with government agencies and contractors. The abbreviations and street lingo don't work in that setting. And he was also detail oriented teaching analysis techniques. Taking the short cuts because you can isn't always the right course.

Yeah I was using the center ports to the cup holders, but I need to store my habit there. So, I ran the long cord and popped a hole in the back of the storage area.

Bearcat....Listening to Wilson County or Wilson City? Cause I thought City was encrypted. Or is it County?
I have a Uniden BCD436HP listening to JoCo and Wake. Wayne sometimes.

When I bought my 2020 Offroad, it had (2) Red Charging Cables in the Center Console. One for Android and One iPhone. The Android cord when connected to the dash for Carplay would not allow Spotify and Google Map to work together. There was some skipping of one then the other. Searched and found a Charging/Syncing Cable that has 3A output and 480mbps transfer speed. This works so far. Best part, it charges my Samsung 10 really fast. Thought everybody was doing this and didn't understand why the charging ports were needed in the console.

Aware that these 'mods' are mostly underwhelming but i plan to keep it mostly stock anyways...

The played out (fake as f*ck obviously) TRD Bro grill (sans Raptor lights). Was iffy on this purchase but after a day of testing it out by swerving all over lanes and tailgating haha no warnings about dirty sensor and whatnot, even in last night's rain. I hardly ever use cruise control, let alone radar cruise, so for $130 it was worth it even if the quality was spotty. Had to trim off excess plastic and the stupid garnish doesn't fit in flush all the way, but it works so that's that. A satisfactory upgrade...until it isn't and I revert back to my stock grill.

Thinking of vinyl wrapping the chrome bumper caps to a white that most closely resembles the hue of the truck, but after a few days I am not as bothered by the fake chrome as I thought I'd be. Still if the price is right I would much rather have no chrome anywhere on the truck. The stock taillight redesign is a huge step back from the previous red/white imho, but again not as bothered as I expected after a few days.

Priming these massive skids is quite a challenge; flipping them seems to take primer off the edges, probably due to weight + cardboard underneath. I may just say fuck it and start applying bedliner.

    My plan:

    • bedliner on outside, sides/edges, anything with outside contact
    • semi-gloss high performance enamel "inside"
