Damn, another one bites the dust. Maybe I'll bake mine same temp as a headlight maybe?

I mounted my new front camera yesterday, it took much longer than I expected but I’m pleased with the results. Now I just have to wait for my new headunit to arrive and then I’ll finish up all the wiring.

The plastic is really soft, I’d use a lower temp. You can always slowly increase if needed. Just don’t want to see you with a blob of melted plastic.

Unfortunately Washington still requires them. Also the truck came with the bracket installed so I left it on for now because I don't want to look at holes in my bumper. I just see it as an excuse to upgrade to a aftermarket bumper down the road haha

    Looking good!

One small detail. The rail alignment pic in the instructions is for a 2nd Gen that doesn't have our aluminum header rail. It is sort of a deceptive pic, but the ST can be moved forward a scosche, if you want less gap?

I had to delete the entune app and restart the truck. Only way I could get it off. I unlinked it from the app and it did nothing.

I'm wondering if a hot knife tip of a soldering gun would work to just cut the tabs off?
