Could but rather just get another one, can use it for something else eventually. Think i paid $10 or less for it 3-4 years ago. Def durable and good quality for that price.

I think they were $20 on sale? I drug my feet and used rewards points on Amazon.

That is good to hear though. It is nicely weighted down with my stuff. It allowed me to clean the cab and rear storage up nicely.

Damn fake owls even with the rotating head don't phase Mockingbirds in South Texas, as they peck at every tomato in site. I remember planting tomotoes and setting up the owl, and those damn birds were 20 feet away squawking with laugher.

Installed my Baja Design Rock lights in my UpTop Overland Roof Rack. I have to say I love the way it turned out.

Today, Vader's mod will save me at least a mile per gallon. Or at least that's what the guy at Toyota told me. :turtleride:

Added OEM Roof Rails I picked up off craigslist and attached the new Body Armor awning on it. Kinda took a risk with the awning since Body Armor is known just for their bumpers and stuff. Quality is ok but I'm guessing all the awnings out in the market are all made in China.

Installed a WULF add a leaf today. After adding my canopy and sleeping platform the rear of the truck felt like shit. I have about 400#s back there at all times now, and this is my solution for now. Plan is to replace the whole pack when I do a lift. For the $60 it cost me it was well worth it. Brought it back to a stock like feel. Very pleased with the result so far.

Good luck with the new puppy! What a lot of fun. Might be worth checking out something like this. Very cost effective and does a great job. Plenty of these out there and they have worked really well for me:

Thanks! I painted them myself - ordered a spray can of matching AG paint and a can of clear coat from The Auto Paint Depot. The brackets are supposed to arrive today so hopefully I'll have pictures this evening with the shackles installed.

I have the same setup as you. What else do you put on your bars? I often have a cargo basket on mine when I go camping. Doesn't leave much room to mount maxtrax, except on the side of the basket. Maybe just some bolts/nuts/washers through the slots in the bars? I haven't tried that yet, but should work.

Placed an outdoors Abus padlock on my spare tire then wrapped a chain around it too with a secondary outdoors padlock...just making it more difficult for the would be thief...
