I haven’t had any issues with the TSS sensor. Nothing more than the norm when it’s heavy rain or snow the sensor doesn’t work. But, regular day to day it’s perfectly fine.

I do not know about all of the switches (sorry, I have an SR, so no way for me to look), but I do know that the ECT and the AUTO (high beam) switch use the same plugs. If you have a good crimper, they are easy to make.

those will work with 20 gauge, but its snug. 22 gauge is easier. I use a delphi crimper. Not one that does 2 crimps at the same time, just a single crimper. Think it was $20, but that was also 20 years ago, so I'm sure its at least $21 by now. Hopefully this helps. It's really easy to do. Hell, if you're nervous, or just don't want to find a crimper, shoot me a PM and next time I order something from Digikey, I'll make you one for cost. Probably $10-12 after including wire. The wire may or may not be color matched though, depending on what I have lying around and how long it needs to be. You can also swap them out for custom switches, FYI. The OEM switch is just kind of... boring. Here is a picture of the one ch4X4 is making right now so I can relocate the ECT switch to the overhead:

These are smoke. I was worried that matte would be painted vs. see-through. These look great. I'd be curious to see someone else's truck with the AVS matte. Anyone?! Thanks!!

Could be much worse. Look what happened to this guy. He got a plate registered with the vanity name "Null." And then the fun ensued:

How a 'NULL' License Plate Landed One Hacker in Ticket Hell
Security researcher Joseph Tartaro thought NULL would make a fun license plate. He's never been more wrong.

Hit the 50 mod mark a while back so I wanted to update my build page. Finally got around to it tonight! This site is a blessing and a curse. Cheers to the 50+ club! What's next??

AC Drain Mod Exhaust Reroute (Tucked) Cooper ST Maxx 255/85/R16 RCI Powdercoated Steel Skid Plates - Front/Transmission/Transfer-Case/Fuel-Tank RCI Powdercoated Rock Sliders - 5 Degree w/Tread Plate
I had my exhaust rerouted at the shop everyone in Denver recommends (AA Performance Muffler & Brakes). Scott had it done in about 45 minutes, cost me $181. The exhaust pipe is tucked way higher up closer to the transfer case now, and I haven't felt any difference in how the truck runs. Looks like Scott did a great job. I'd give them money to work on my car any time. I also ordered my steel powder-coated front, transmission, transfer-case, cross-member, and fuel tank skid plates from RCI. Hope to get them in within a few weeks and put them on to go out and play... if the fires here in Colorado are gone.

Here are a couple pics of my exhaust reroute. First one is the initial setup, second is with the reroute and taken as close to the same position under the truck as the first one.

Pretty good day, all things considered.
