Any extra noise / rattle on highway from the rack? Noticed the Prinsu came with a rubber type thing to put on the bottom edge to help with noise.

I took my chin strap/air dam off today. I bought my truck about a month ago with 35000 miles so I was expecting some wear marks underneath the air dam like when you remove mud flaps but nothing! Paint looks good as new underneath the air dam!

Has anyone else removed their air dam and had writing on the inside? Reminds of the chalk markers from an auto body shop so I’m hoping this doesn’t mean my truck was in an accident.

I had the exact same thing happen to my truck a couple of weeks after I bought it last year. Toyota ended up dropping a new engine in mine after the dealership and Toyota engineering couldn’t figure out what was causing the issue. They shipped my old motor back to corporate to investigate the issue some more but I never heard anything else. I’m glad they were able to get you fixed up in a week and a half.

Damn and I thought I’ve been babying mine too much. Drive a beater to work every day to keep mileage off the truck and still hit 1000 yesterday after about 2 months if ownership.

Glad I’m not the only weirdo who pulled over to get a picture of their first “1000” on the odometer

My truck is a few years old now, but I did over 26,000 miles my first year. Isn't the average 12,000 in a year? All of you must have a different primary vehicle.
