Totally thought the same thing, they were perfect on the freeway yesterday for 50 miles; I thought they may have been slightly smoother even. Guess we'll see.

Crisscrossing the state of Colorado for six weeks doing a max of 64 mph while doing a half dozen passes up to 13,000’ we’ve averaged 14.0 mpg overall. I try to be gentle on the gas though, read i accelerate slow

In the past week or so (takes me forever to take/transfer photos): installed the black vinyl overlays on the wheels and also a Softopper.

I was thrilled when I discovered this. I’m guessing an LED to light the storage pockets in the doors are in the works. I plan on adding them, and now I have a harness to plug them into.

Did that last year. Now I've added puddle lights and footwell lights to my access cab doors.

So i finally got around to installing my door bowl lights (Ice blue).
Had a lot of wire sleeve lying around, so decided to make the wires look all nice and tidy.

    20201013_153611.jpg
    20201013_175303.jpg

The Blue is just a little darker than expected, but not too deep of a blue.
    20201013_185418.jpg

Install did not go as smoothly as expected.
While the door bowl illuminating worked, i lost control of my power folding mirrors.

The door bowl lights harness lacks just one extra wire needed to run the mirrors.
    20201013_191205.jpg

Had to de-pin and re-pin the illumination wires from the door bowl harness into the power folding mirrors harness to get everything working.
    20201013_192033-01.jpg

Put everything together to test to see if everything is working.
    20201013_195157.jpg

Then tidied up all that loose wiring.

Wiring makes me impatient. Biscuits calm the nerve, I like mine with some honey. Sadly they last but mere moments.
