This is how I did mine. Bought a BAMF molle planet. The extinguisher mount that came with the extinguisher bolts right up. Also had room for a small first aid pack. 3977C695-8168-490C-A314-CFFF1D89AF5C.jpg

Previously installed Fyre Fly LED interior lights, they were great for the map lights but the single bulb design of the Tacoma dome light just didn’t give me adequate light on both sides of the rear access cab. So I got two LED panel lights and installed in the dome, one on each side of the wide dome, amazingly good light on both sides now!
    Update: Install post is here:

Did truck stuff... sort of. New queen mattress strapped to the Baja rack while the the truck bed is occupied for camp season.

After installing the Seibon hood a few weeks back, I finally had time to install the pins:

I did mine in the FJ vertically on a molle rack as well. I used huge quick fists. It was very secure and quick to deploy.

Thank you! I really like them especially the fact they not only tighten down to the terminals on battery but they also have a set screw that grips it for extra security and no slippage. The 6 lugs do make for lots of options. I’ve got several led lights and about a 1300 watt audio system hooked up to it and I’m about to add an air compressor

thanks for the info. I’ll cave and pay the crazy shipping cost. Where I did my cab mount chop my front tires still rub the frame just enough to wear through where I sprayed the undercoating. You don’t really feel or hear it, just enough to rub it off. I’m thinking I’ll spray that every now and then and it should protect it. Eventually I’m going to downsize to 285’s and it won’t rub at all, until then though.

So I did this today. Anyone know part numbers for the painted bumper end and the tail light?

Clean. Probably the same set up I’m going with. Any rubbing with that wheel and tire set up?

Taco took me and a buddy out for a 3 day fall kayak-camping trip. He drives a new GMC Sierra and wants to convince his wife to switch to a Taco!

    NFab 3” predator side steps.

I know the general consensus is that these are more ornamental than anything, but I’ve got a little guy who’s in a super independent stage and upset he can’t get in the truck himself so these fit the bill. I like the looks. I had them sprayed with LineX before I installed. I’m sure the powder coating NFab uses would survive California but they’d be a rusty mess where I live after a week of winter.

Smart. I had Demello's on the FJ and they rusted to bits. In sunny CA, they'd probably still look great.

finally got around to installing my DB cover, I first had buyers remorse but once I seen it in person it’s definitely worth the price tag.
