Removed Softopper and Oneup bike trays. Installed bad rack, box, bike trays, and Husky mud flaps. All to get ready for the Rocky Mountain winter ahead.

Those who are new to Softopper and running them year round; make sure you don't try and roll that plastic window when it's below freezing. It WILL crack as it gets super brittle below freezing. Also, tuck that rear flap in. In the winter dirt/grime will get caught in there and it flaps against the tailgate causing paint rash.

Parked next to a twinner. Don't see many of the VB around.

Today I claim victory in the key battle of the war on chrome:

Chrome haters gonna hate – BUT… Not Sorry!
When a vehicle stickers upwards of 50 grand, I want it to look like a
50 grand vehicle, not a low-cost base model. Just my opinion.

we all have a different opinion of what chrome makes a vehicle look like. That looks cheap to me but I applaud your decision. It’s your truck and you should feel good about it no matter what others think

No hate, I actually like chrome. But I like it on black or a vibrant color. To me it looks WAY out of place on a vehicle already trimmed with flat black.

Edit: but you’re right, I didn’t spend nearly what you paid. Despite ordering a TRD-OR with every option, I spent well less than 40

Front Runner Slimline II Cab Rack installed, makes little to no noise with the wind fairing... I hardly notice it.

Just the other day did the lamin-x foglight film in amber. Not sure I love the colour. Have to think about it.

Also installed the N2 Designs remote starter. Really appreciated that today as the snow has blown in fierce.
