Get rid of your rear floor mat and drop in two of these boxes. There's a rough texture on the bottom that works like velcro on your carpet.

@Chief 4x4 Same here. I'm ready for summer. I know it's hot as monkey balls here in summer, but I'm over winter. But some pool time is much needed about now.

 

Just finished swapping out one of my CV axles for another OEM with a CVJ high angle inner boot. The clamp had rippped into the inner boot of the original CV. Much better angles.



Going to take the one with the ripped boot, re-boot it with a CVJ high angle boot, and swap it to the other side. At least now I’ll have a spare CV for when I do stupid stuff with the front locker.

Speaking of dumb stuff, went wheeling yesterday and got caught on a ledge. Didn’t realize I was caught on my driveshaft and put some nice scrapes and dents into it. Going to see if I can get it rebalanced before it destroys my u-joints and other stuff. Stupid move on my part. Once I slid over and was dead on with the ledge I should have backed off and readjusted, but I wanted to play with the front locker

 

Those look awesome, nice work. Agree it would look better with a wider stance

 

When I had my 2014 TRD Sport extended cab, I wanted to take the rear seats out of mine for more storage. But didn't have the place or tools to do it. No one would ride back there anyways. Too damned small of a space.

Thus why I got a DC now.

 

Just installed RCI Offroad aluminum transmission and transfer case skids on the truck. Good news, the RCI transfer case crossmember is 100% compatible with BAMF sliders.

Everyone said "STEEL!" last time I asked about advice on skids...but I just couldn't justify the weight for a daily driver. I'm really trying hard to keep it down, since I still want to add roof racks and a hidden winch mount, and I really don't want to have to replace the Fox suspension. I also don't really wheel hard, this is more for "oopsie" protection when I'm going down a forestry road.

I did have to request an additional hardware pack to get it to work with the OEM front skid, and I lost about an inch or so of clearance there, but small price to pay for the additional protection.
