    Got tired of looking at my scratched up screen. ScreenProtech minimized the scratches. You can still see it, but much less obvious. Hopefully, it also prevents future scratches.

    I was going to share this too. I have the same one and it works perfect. I had the same issue as you when I installed my aftermarket bumper. By the way, I'm north of you by about an hour.

    you see I convinced my wife I needed a nice big roomy shop in order to remodel her kitchen so she compromised and built the shop first :D
    It was after that she told me she wanted granite counter tops, etc, so guess what I had to learn to do with my nice roomy shop. First time doing a kitchen, first time building granite counters, fabricating custom stainless steel accents......I had no excuses after that shop door:rofl:

    It likely depends on your insurance company. I’m betting something like exhaust hey will cover no problem. Whoever you take it too for the estimate show them it’s TRD a exhaust and ask them to put that on the quote rather than the factory. Insurance won’t bat an eye then. They won’t know the difference when the estimate comes in. My policy I had “premium” added to it. It was an extra like $4 a month and it covers any accessories or aftermarket parts on my ride.

    Fed Min Wage wasn't $4 'til 91.
    Made ~$2.00/hour in '76 - 77 working tobacco at age 12 in the NC summer. Moved up to cropping my own row at 13 and got ~$2.50/hour. Since I wasn't 18+, no fed income tax/state income tax withheld only SS.
    I was shi++in' in high cotton at that point. School money - clothes/notebooks, candy, honey buns, the works (for a 13 year old), etc.

    Washed my truck yesterday. It is now bright red and ready for the next rainfall.

    I had been noticing in my '19 a severe voltage drop while rolling up the driver's side window and I was running the fan on full blast. Voltage meter never went above 13.5. It had been that way a while. Anyway, the voltage would drop to 12.8 with just the fan on and then if I timed it just right,(low RPMs) I could create a nerve racking light show on my dashboard. I was thinking the battery as well.
    However;
    I decided to add a battery tender to my set-up under the hood. So, I hooked up the + / - battery terminals from the tender and apparently when I hooked up another accessory last spring, I did not make sure the negative was grounded properly to the chassis. Thus, the battery was not fully recharging and the alternator was just doing most of the work. Haven't hooked up the tender yet, just the cables that lead to it.
    Since then, I see 13.9 - 14.1 and rarely drop below 13.5 now with ALL accessories/lights/fans/windows running.
    So, I would say that is well served reminder to make sure everything is hooked up properly. I know I learned a lesson.

    havent pulled the trigger yet. my security hardware would be rendered useless if someone could detach those brackets -- so weighing having to get additional hardware at the moment.

    Guess I was getting a pretty decent wage back in the 80’s then. Then again living in a California coastal community is not cheap!

    Wish more 13 year olds had to pay their way nowadays to like you did to understand the value of a dollar. :cheers:

    Bet the truck is looking good! :thumbsup:

    Aftermarket should be covered. I have GEICO and was in an accident last year and they covered all my accessories (light bar, hood struts, etc.). I was not asked to and did not provide receipts; there is no need to prove something they can see even if you bought it used and someone else put them on.

    Work before play is the way I was brought up. The quicker the work was done satisfactorily, the quicker me and my brothers could have dirt clog fights.
