What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I'm thinking about buying a pro skid plate for my truck. I know that there are pictures and threads on this subject already, but is there anyone with a cement off-road that would be willing to post a picture of their truck with one? Bonus points if you also have the 4runner sema wheels.

Here is my 2018 TRD OR in Cement with the TRD Pro skid. Also TRD Pro wheels (not exactly 4Runner SEMA wheels).

Can I ask you what water tank that is? I've been looking everywhere for a good sized tank to fit against the back wall of the bed under my Diamondback cover. I was really hoping to use one of those front runner flat vertical tanks, but they're too tall.

Do you happen to have any additional photos of the tank and how it sits into the bed?

 

I don’t have a Pro skid, but a peltfrebuilt one. Just can’t turn down an opportunity to show off the truck!

Where is your TSS?

 

It’s a 2017. Pre TSS. Bumper can be ordered without the hoop, or possibly with a higher hoop, may need to call. Great customer service.

 

Love the bumper, was wondering if it interfered with the TSS. That’s why I asked. Thanks though.

 

Thanks! I've had it a year and a half and love the decked system, definitely makes storage and organization easier.

 

Can't really blame them. I mean not like this happens regularly. In NY, we get this all the time. Lots of people with all kinds of advice. I will give you one thing to think about. If you know older people in your neighborhood or have older family nearby, put on some boots and gloves and check in on them. Make sure they have something warm to drink and blankets. Especially if they are not used to it. The cold can sneak up on them pretty quickly. If you bake cookies, not a bad time to make a few dozen and knock on a few doors.

 

Yeah I'm not giving them hell--- It's not expected so the systems in place aren't prepared. I've checked on my neighbors. All have heat and power. Saw a firetruck around the corner. Someone had fallen... Other than that we have been lucky that's for sure. Still power. and I've been online all day working
