Yes, it was a bit spendy but I put it to good use. Stainless steel is a must have for the Puget Sound

I plan on moving it forward. Find a different spot for my maxxtracks. I had this idea to keep that as a “dirty” spot in the bed

 

Working on some stuff today.....X-Bull recovery boards and...

I modeled and printed a new antenna mount that folds down into the bedside. I'll be adding a spring and maybe extension once they come in that will get it above the cab. Still have a little work to do with mounting although so far it seems to be ok. This is until I decide what to do as far as a bed rack and whatnot.

All items have been printed in PETG with varying amounts of infill for strength. I had a similar antenna mount I created for the cross bars on my XC70 for a couple years with no issues.

Think I passed through that area a few times years ago on my way to Davis to ski at Canaan Valley and Timberline. Went there 3 different times. Always wanted to go back in the warmer months. Maybe one day.

Any chance you are interested in selling those gas cap holders? I would be interested in a black one with red lettering and mountains if so.

 

I got them for a steal which was the motivating factor in staying patient. They definitely tried me at a few points but yeah at the end of the day they hit it out of the park despite the huge wait

It started melting in the sun today. Which only makes it worse tonight as it will refreeze. And then round 2 moves in tonight. We are already under a winter storm warning.

Ah yes, thank you for clarifying and for the additional photo. I couldn't tell from the first photo that it was the slanted tank. It looked more tall and flat to me. I've been looking for something that is a similar width and height (without the slanted design), but only 3 to 6 inches thick. I guess I'll keep looking.

I agree. I wanted one that would basically take the space in the front of the bed. But for $150 I feel like it the best option at the moment.

Have any of you looking for water tanks checked out west marine or another boater supply store? A lot of boats use thin vertical tanks.

They are Meso's Limited Ultimate LED Tail lights.
