KIMG0237.jpgHit 10,000 this morning. Zero complaints except for some hard to find rattles in the cab. Well, that and I have to carry a stick to keep the women off of me now ;)

I want the little fire place stove thing they put into sailboats. It's a stack, but I will pay it. It's a beautiful thing. Thanks man, that grill is at the top of the heap.

I'm up in Celina, on the same grid as a nursing home, so no power outage for us either. My sister is in Allen and power has been mostly out.

LOL, awww man stop it. I'm just a old black shoe trying to keep up with the rich folks. Ahahahahahahha. Trust me, if I could make this thing and make it nice, I would. But stainless steel is really hard to work with and I'd screw it up.
Thank you Sir for the vote of confidence. I appreciate it as always

Hit 10K on my tacoma and decide to let the dealer do the 1st of two free oil changes. Fail!!! Whoever took the TRD Pro Skid oil filter access plate off, decide to put it back on in the wrong direction. Which in turn, bound one of the 5mm hex screws. I went under to rotate the plate and noticed one of the screws were damaged. Not enough I couldn't get a it off, but enough that it meant they didn't use the right size. Probably SAE instead of MM. I am looking to find (4) 5mm Hex Screws to replace when I do the next oil change. the part number for all of the bolt up hardware is PTR6035160HW. I will buy this if I can't find just the (4) 5mm Hex screws. Can anyone point me in that direction for just the (4)?

I will truly never understand people who love sports so much. Like unless you have a stake in the franchise idk. I enjoy going to the games, but as a part of life I don't get it
Why are you doing any of this? Take it back and have them deal with it and fix it if its under warranty and they messed it up. That way its documented

I would probably call the dealer and tell them, then go to the hardware store. Not going to spend two plus hours at the dealership for $4 worth of machine screws.

Valid point. But, now there is a trust issue. I am sure it would be a "It wasn't like that when we handed back to you" type response. I will take care of all oil changes from here on out.

After 12 months and 1,090 miles (now over 5 years old with 25,600 miles) I took her in for the annual safety inspection. Been in a time-out status the last couple of months. Now back in time-out status for another month or 2.

Busy day. Roam Adventure Co Vegabond Lite installed on a @RCI-Offroad mid height bed rack. Maxtrax mounted as well.
Lastly, installed the trail edition sliders from Cali-Raised. Incredibly happy with everything so far. Time for a solid shakedown trip.

    Nice! That looks sick.
--> Are those smoked AVS low profile rain guards?
Are they transparent & don't really limit your vision at the A-pillars?

I have the matte black (opaque) ones and its kind of driving me nuts. I think I made a mistake and might need to switch to what you have...

May or may not be your rattle, mine were the covers for the dash speakers (mainly the passenger side). I pulled them and added some more foam to the trim ring and no more rattle for me!

How did you tighten the nut on the bulkhead side. Can't reach it?

The big rubber washer on the other side is enough so that it doesn't spin. It wasn't a problem
