Gotcha. I almost went that route but got the Eibach pro sport lift plus headstong 3 leaf aal instead. Just need to find time to install.

 

I have the chrome delete ring as well and it comes unclipped from the Teton Workshop shifter all the time. It only falls about a half an inch but still noticeable, to me anyway

 

Man that's a great pic. Sweet ride too - Personally, I like subtle over "Call of Duty" mode.

 

I almost forgot. I picked up this very lightly used Snugtop Rebel about 3 weeks ago for a very good deal. I had to drive a bit for it but it was well worth it.
And as of now, after 14 months of ownership, I have officially paid the truck off in full!

 

Did the Muzzy ones work on a Tacoma. I painted mine because a different set I bought were too long.

 

Ok. Glad to know it's not just me. It's more of an annoyance than anything (see: OCD).

 

Did some flex testing and some leaf adjustments. Running the old CS version of the Dakars, and recently just got some Fox Resis w/Cd adjusters. Was running 4 leafs with 1 overload, and it rode like a lowered honda in the rear. Switched some leafs around today, and now just running 5 regular leafs and no overloads. Rides like a pillow without the stiff overload and everything is working perfect together now.
Flex photo is pre adjustment, was seeing where the bumpstop, shocks, and resi's were at clearence wise. Measured out to 26" under the tire with the forklift, not bad for some bolts ons and being used to 40"+ of flex in my old wheelers.
After photo, I think Im at like 1-1.5" of lift in the rear with some weight in the bed with 33s. And yes I'll get around to painting the leafs someday.

 

Those hoses have ATF in them, not coolant. What are you trying to do?

 

the problem I foresee with the little stickers is not everyone sees in colour... and that's why I used the touchscreen!

 

dig the LED lights in the bed! where did you snatch those up from? and the 3-panel switch? did it fit well after removing that little side pocket? cheers

 

You may find that running Dakar’s without overload leaves will wear them out in a hurry. You’ll get the dreaded W shape.
I haven’t tried re-arching them, not sure how well the would take to that

 

is that a long box - - -> off road - - - > double cab? OR is that just a TRD Sport with an "off road decal" on it?

 

While there are not a ton of us, long bed double cab offroads are around here.

 

Guessing you are Canadian. Sucks that our friends to the north can’t get the DCLBOR. I know I love mine!

These ones are very well worn in already, got them used from a guy that ran them for a couple years. I will just add another regular leaf or two in if they start w'ing, they should hold me off until I do sua.

 

i instill mine, with the right tool it won’t take long. Till I broke the bracket bolt. Fml.
Hand tie those bracket bolts, don’t even use electric impact drive.

I heard Eibach really good but little bit expensive.

When you say flush, are you asking about the bottom edge of the tailgate? Or the sides? It does sit flat across the entire tailgate. I love it, especially when it's holding an ice cold brewski for me.
