Valid point. But, now there is a trust issue. I am sure it would be a "It wasn't like that when we handed back to you" type response. I will take care of all oil changes from here on out.

Did you mount the stick in the bed or the cab?

After 12 months and 1,090 miles (now over 5 years old with 25,600 miles) I took her in for the annual safety inspection. Been in a time-out status the last couple of months. Now back in time-out status for another month or 2.

Busy day. Roam Adventure Co Vegabond Lite installed on a @RCI-Offroad mid height bed rack. Maxtrax mounted as well.
Lastly, installed the trail edition sliders from Cali-Raised. Incredibly happy with everything so far. Time for a solid shakedown trip.

    Nice! That looks sick.
--> Are those smoked AVS low profile rain guards?
Are they transparent & don't really limit your vision at the A-pillars?

I have the matte black (opaque) ones and its kind of driving me nuts. I think I made a mistake and might need to switch to what you have...

TRD emlems, tinted windows, OEM running boards, AVS vent shades, RMAS upgrade, LED lights in front and rear, interior LED light upgrade, LED lighting in bed, touch control dash mount for LED lighting, auxillary 12v and USB lacks in bed, replace all speakers with Infinity brand, custom tweeter mod with Bose...
Are the tires too big to install mud guards?

May or may not be your rattle, mine were the covers for the dash speakers (mainly the passenger side). I pulled them and added some more foam to the trim ring and no more rattle for me!

How did you tighten the nut on the bulkhead side. Can't reach it?

The big rubber washer on the other side is enough so that it doesn't spin. It wasn't a problem

I have these ones here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B018AIGLSI?psc=1

Haven't had any LOS issues with these at all.

Not necessarily, problem with this approach will likely lead to rubbing when tucked/turned. This is why I opted to remove mine.

I have rattles in the passenger dash speaker cover and my driver door window switches. Once it warms up I'll take it apart and add some friction tape.

I got a rattle on my 2020 driver's side. Very well may be the dash speaker something as it seems to come from that area. I'll have to check that out. How does that speaker grill get removed?

I love that bed rack. Is that steel or aluminum?
ive been looking at getting the basic CBI overland bed bars, but this RCI has me double taking.
Anyone have any comps between those? Just looking to do some light offroad camping with a RTT.

Im not sure why you think new bolts will solve the problem. If they forced an incorrect thread in there, it won’t be correct unless they replace what those bolts thread into.

a little here, a little there
The holders are quick fist mounts and the "bracket" is a couple of pieces of slotted steel from Home Depot that I cut and bent. I got the t-bolts off Amazon

I purchased a set of flat flexible ones like Rokblokz but less expensive on E-bay. The mud and snow just falls off with a little kick.
