Did a half-ass wash job. Not a big deal, but for me it is. When I was young, (back in the 1960's), I washed cars for a living at a FORD dealership. This is the first wash job sense I got the truck last July. Maybe I will wash it again in another 8 month's or so. Thank goodness a good rain makes a silver truck look clean.....DSCN0910 (2) 3.jpg DSCN0911-1.jpg

Wish my truck would fit in the garage. I have cabinets along the end and the truck is too long.

When I was in college, I worked at a Chevy dealership in Memphis doing the same thing. And if there is one thing I can say from working there: there is the right way and there is a half-assed way. When I clean my truck, I do it the right way 9 out of 10 times. But sometimes, I just wanna knock the dust off and go on. But with Satan's yellow dust in the air now, I'm just gonna hold out until it's gone.

I have beat mine up getting in and out of the garage. Ripped the passenger mirror to pieces backing out and thankfully it all snapped back together and works. Smashed my passenger rear fender flare against the cedar fence, pushed the metal in a bit, got to live with that. Already scraped the front passenger fender flare on the fence as well. If I pull in 2" too close to the left the driver's fender flare contacts the wooden bench in front of the wife's much shorter car. I got to line up perfectly to not hit anything and get it in there unscrapped. No way a Tundra would fit.

Yesterday, I added SR5 4x4 Off-Road to my truck bed so so I can pretend like I was a TRD one.

Yeah I'm pretty lucky with this rental, it's a 3 car garage (23'x34') with an extra 4 ft space between the wall and the bumper of my DCLB. This garage is about the same size as the whole Ohana I rented for 5 years previously. I doubt I'll ever get another garage like this unless I build it myself.

This place will be up for rent in August if you're interested ;)
