    I have the spiker Struts and they are awesome. Seems so silly that the Taco is basically the only vehicle in the toyota lineup that doesn't have factory hood struts

    So yesterday I posted that I installed the kayak rack I built for my boats....today I installed the kayaks onto the rack.....supposed to be beautiful at Tahoe tomorrow. Stay tuned.

    local hardware store had dozens of sizes. Just a normal countersunk socket head screw in black oxide. Don’t remember the size but I just took one of the oem screws in to the store and found four of these in the same thread pitch and length

    I built them. They are kits from CLC boats. Incredibly they were built in 1999 and 2000....varnish and paint the scars every few years. I love them and they always draw a crowd at Tahoe.
