So far I like it. Drives a little better than the Tacoma and has less road noise.

Today I went from Kruiser 4.0 to KDMax 6.0 tune. Can't say I notice a huge difference... But it does feel a bit smoother. I was already very happy with the Kruiser tune.

And here's my obligatory dog pictures LOL

    Too much.
    Yeah, working on another solution.

In the meantime, I've been searching for a way to store items that is not a truck box, and will not interfere with the OEM cover. So I did this.

Can anyone give me info on fuel filler door replacement? Mine is sprung badly and annoys the hell out of me.

Can you not remove and try to fix the bend in the mount point? If you have to replace it anyway, might save you some cash?

i guess I could try to. I think my hinge seized up causing it not to open and close correctly and didn’t latch right. I tried to tweak it causing the damage. Now swings open all the time.

Might help if you have a friend with one that would take theirs off and let you have a normal one to compare with. Mimic the bend/angles. Just an idea.

You got a whole forum full, but you could always look at a new truck on a dealer lot to compare with.

Do these help? I had to blur a few parts of the truck. Wouldn't want to be accused of making a political statement with my garage flags.

Actually all the pics helped. I believe mine is bent on the door it self where it connects to the hinge rod I guess you would call it. Markup pic attached. I will try to remove and bend back when I have a chance. Thanks all!
