Thank you! Don't know if you do Instagram but my wife posts 3-4 nice photos a week there. We've also been posting on www.roguewanderers.com write-ups with lots of pics about our Baja adventure.

I would go to Big Bend Feb thru Apr and get reservations at the main campground right by the river. All of the trails (rough roads really) we did in 2wd so it's not really necessary. It's definitely not Moab.

One absolute bitch of a job, but I deadened my headliner over the weekend. My sub was making my roof flex so bad you could hear it over the music. Problem solved.

The bed mat should definitely be one of the first mods. It’s amazing how shit slides around so bad in theses composite beds.

I put a big down payment and had a 42 month loan, at 2,2% thru toyota, on mine at $360 a month and paid an extra $150 a month to pay it off in around 26 months. Never missed the extra money.

I think its because you are making payments every two weeks instead of monthly you technically get in a couple extra payments a year

**edit, just realized it was all explained

They have clear and clearish ceramic tints that block UV light, protecting your dash, and also block a small amount of heat.

I've used them... They work pretty well... This time I went with 50% ceramic though... Much better.

I made this Trasharoo mounting system to help organize my camp kitchen. Though It's not designed to drive around with, it keeps my trash bag close to my camp kitchen. This is how I made it.

Interest on an auto loan accrues on a daily principal balance (in most cases with reputable lenders) by paying half the payment every two weeks you are paying half the months interest and then further reducing the principal balance so that when the next bit of interest accrues, they are calculating it on a lesser principal amount which means more goes towards your principal faster. Another good ideal is to make a little extra on each payment as it further reduces your principal. When you make a payment, interest is paid first and then anything left over goes toward principal, which is what they calculate your interest on.

here is a very very simple example not factoring in interest obviously. Your payment is $200 each month. You pay $250 each month. So each month there is $50 extra dollars going towards your loan. So every 4 months you are making an "extra" $200 payment. In a 1 year span, you essentially make 3 "extra" payment. 5 year loan... 15 "extra" payments... you cut over a year off your loan. Very simple example not factoring in interest but you get the general idea. 50 bucks a month turns a 60 month loan into a 45 month loan.
