    AGREED!

I understand that some people are addicted to their hobbies and will bankrupt themselves in the process.

Someone sent this to me knowing that I tend to feel guilty spending any money on my own hobbies. The Tacoma isn’t actually “my” hobby. It’s a hobby I share with my son. Sadly, my hobbies make truck mods feel like bubble gum purchases.

This group sees to be composed of people at both ends of this extreme, but let’s face it, as Tacoma enthusiasts we do extreme!

Received the OVtune yesterday on the truck. Drives 100% better.

very smooth shifting, very fast pickup, curious if my gas mileage will improve once the truck learns my way of driving.

scary when using the adaptive cruise control as it surges forward very fast then slams on brakes at last minute. Talk about a wild ride! I hope the truck “learns” soon!

Well after 20,000 miles on our KO2s, we picked up a unwanted hitchhiker in northern Baja

    PXL_20210404_162442157.jpg

This thing went through 10 plys.
    PXL_20210407_175745223.jpg

Good news is that it was repairable and cost only $7.5.

Yah! Was thinking that since it held air that I could keep it as a cheap tire repair kit in the future

Early 90s GMC tow hooks, had them powder coated. Each hook has 2 holes but only had to drill one hole for each, removed an existing bolt and cut some plastic and the second bolt fit right in. I could take more pictures to give you a better idea?

I agree that the proportions are better sometimes...

sometimes, from some angles it just doesn't look right.

Hm. Seems like it’s just for looks then? Unless you recover ALOT of vehicles. A d-ring recovery that goes into the hitch would suffice IMO. (Not hating. It does look great!)
