No, don’t do it. When the sun hits the white dash it makes a terrible reflection and you can’t see your passenger side mirror very well

I was given a “do over” and decided I wanted the OR with upgrades package over the SR5 barebones. I lost the 6’ bed, but gained all the daily and camping/OR related things I will enjoy at a very reasonable differential.

OR rides nicer with a bit softer suspension. I’m over 50 and like heated seats. Especially on my lower back. The JBL stereo is way better than base, though awful next to the Meridian Surround in my LR.

Homelink is nice for my garage door.
I like the gauge cluster being full screen instead of a center screen and 1980’s looking fuel and temp gauges.
Power options in the bed is a plus for camping.
I’m shocked but the qi charger works on my phone through the case. Apple MagSafe charger doesnt.

Seats are about the same but now electric, so that’s nice.
Trailer brake controller, we have a horse and trailer. So now have new options.

Rear locker…yeah, i did it for that.

I installed my single ARB compressor in the engine bay. I designed a 3D-printed bracket made from PETG filament for this. I was concerned about heat warpage in the bay, but after a 20-minute test drive with just the bracket, it was 127º, and the PETG I used has a heat tolerance of 168º.

If you are interested, I uploaded the .STL file and instructions to Thingiverse:

Spectacular decals! That Invincibility Star will come in handy!

You really can't go wrong with Method wheels. The BeadGrip technology is next level.

Clazzio seat covers finally came in. Took maybe about 3-hours total to install, first front seat took the longest just to figure out how.
Relatively straight forward, just a lot of pulling and tugging, definitely wore out my arms and fingers lol.
The front backrests are probably the hardest to do and took the longest time; everything else was relatively quicker.

Fit looks pretty good, guessing once it's more worn in I'll have to adjust and it'll look even better. Overall pretty happy for what I paid for it (~$400 for the plain all black leatherette option), shipping did took a bit of time (almost a full 2-months), I hope it'll be quicker once they have more orders and inventory in.PXL_20240806_180533428.jpg PXL_20240806_180513709.jpg
