    Had a 2002 DC, now a 2004 DC.
    Replaced my broken washer reservoir today. Found an aftermarket one on eBay, and got it in. Fun little project.

    Niiiice - but I think it needs a .50 Cal mount somewhere in the back. That would make it perfect.

    sorry for the late reply, I had to find the paper insert from the package.
    part #458220 from auto zone. you can get them at other places. Just says 1/4 " Body, Grill, Headlamp Rivets. All I know is they worked for me and were cheap insurance so to speak.

    Your stalling issue is probably attributed to where your blow off is in relation to the MAF. The ECU thinks its about to get x amount of air and then your throttle body closes and that x amount of air gets dumped to atmosphere. Meanwhile the ECU is still injecting the appropriate ratio of fuel to match x air. I used a hybrid recirculation valve, 75% gets fed back pre turbo, post MAF and the other 25% to atmosphere. 100% recirculated would cause to much turbulence and mess with the MAF because it is too close to the MAF.
