    Naaaahhhhhhhh

The way I see it..it's metal. You can always add more and fix it pretty damn good.

I'm gonna design a compartment in that area as well for extra storage I think..

yeah im planning on getting one of these too before my next oil change. Im tired of getting oil on my skids. the only cleaner way to do a change would be to take the skids off every time.

I take my skids off each time so if this sticks through the hole in the skid I will be getting one.

No I just went ahead and sent them straight to icon since they needed all the new parts. They had a great turn around time though

If you get the valve with a nipple on the end, you can connect some tubing from that nipple and dump it right into the pan with zero mess. The ultimate clean-way to change the oil is to relocate the oil filter. I'm looking into that right now too.

I like to think of the oil I spill as "rust inhibitor" hehehe.

I won't mess with any hoses as long as the nipple is in direct line to my pan without touching the skid. The filter doesn't bother me, I just put an old t-shirt under it.

I used to have a a TRD supercharger on the Tacoma, converted back to NA when I bought the Tundra. The SC was tons of FUN!!!
My service rep told me that Toyota recommends timing belt replacement at 60k, but said 90k would be fine, and winked ;)

Getting ready to do my belt (and a water pump), coming up on 108k.

DMV registration was $125. this year + $50. for a smog check every two years.

Nope. you will be rubbing on the frame when you fully turn your wheels and your front bumper will rub. You need at least 4" back spacing and some trimming

    Got it's oiled changed.

Also found out that it's been since May 2004 and 80,000 since my diff fluids were changed.

However the shop I go to for oil changes (my best friend has been the manager for 16 years and my friend owns it) check all my drive train fluids every oil change and show them to you. My front diff is about 50% out from being changed and my rear diff looks almost new.

I think next paycheck I might pay them to change both out (before winter)
