Coilovers, sway bars, wheels, tires, extended studs, intake, head and taillights, seats, short shifter,
I replaced my ac compressor, expansion valve, drier, and every single O-ring in the system. I then vacuumed out the system, noticing way too late that the worthless ac gauges I got from autozone do not read vacuum... Anyhow, I figured I would try to charge the system and the low pressure shot way up, compressor never started, thus the high pressure side stayed low. Anyone in here have expertise with automotive AC systems? Here is what the gauges are reading...please excuse the crappy autozone gauges.

After putting the steering rack back on after doing LCAs, torquing everything to spec, and adjusting the camber somewhat, noticed my truck is making a really high pitched squeaking noise, maybe around the the power steering fluid area. Belts are pretty new still. It did spend a night in the garage.

Maybe unrelated, but also saw some sparkles/glitter in the air in the engine bay when the sun hit it right, when I was trying to figure out the squeaking, so I shut it off to try and figure it out. Maybe its just dust or paint, but it had me worried. Could I have over tightened something (steering rack?) that could be causing some weird issue? 146 ft-lbs on the 22mm bolt and 123 ft-lbs on the 19mm bolts, iirc.

Off to go return some tools I didnt end up needing.

Oops, I may have opened the high pressure valve at some point in my frustration lol. In any case, the low pressure side should be reading 21.76-36.26 psi while the high side reads 198.7-227.7 psi.

If that’s the case then you be blowing cold air and compressor would be running. To properly diagnose you would need to have correct pressures and check of superheat and subcooling.

Update: Was able to get an alignment today. Camber is still an issue, although definitely better than it was before replacing the LCA/bushings. Even though I had no problem taking out the cam bolts, apparently my cam sleeve/washers need to be replaced as they arent holding enough. The washer is spinning a bit on the sleeve where its supposed to be factory pressed together I guess? I did notice that while reassembling. Either way, driver's side adjustment is maxed out and its still like 2.3something positive camber. So still gotta hold out on new tires even though these are getting worn on the insides pretty bad. Set of 4 of everything cam bolt related I think I found for $140 plus shipping.

On the bright side, the shop will honor the alignment for a few months and said they would replace the bolts/sleeves/washers for me no charge if I bring them the parts. That would save me a ton of trouble... I'm not sure they know what they are in for haha

I kinda like how much softer the ride is with the sway bar delete. Havent hit the real winding backroads yet though.

And the squeal/squeak went away on the drive over there.

She’s staying on the ol girl. Going to lightly restore this one. Enjoy it as is.

Actually going to try and locate TRD headers and cat back for it. If I’m lucky
