I was going to say I'd buy a non working one off you if reasonably priced, but preferably without holes... :p

My rear diff housing is pretty crusty rusty and you aren't that far from me. Not interested in regearing though. Hmm...

I'm going to order a set of Spicer u-joints this week in preparation for drive shaft rebuilding. Prices seem to be all over the map for the 5-1510X's:

    Amazon: $26.10
    The U-Joint Store: $38.00
    O'Reilley's: $50.00

Strongly tempted to go with the first option but afraid of receiving a counterfeit product. Can't risk that in such a critical location, and as they say, if something sounds too good to be true...

I'll probably hit up the U-Joint Store. Thoughts?

So broke a wheel stud, should I just swap in an OEM one or should I swap them all (front ones) out for extended studs? Running SCS wheels so I don’t think it’s needed but would it be worth running extended studs and extended lug nuts (came with the wheels)

I just got some from Autozone, $1.80 a piece, stock length and changed em if the stockers break.

Gotcha so extended length isn’t worth swapping the other 11 as well since I’m “in that far”

You're not really in far to change studs in fact the most you have to do is take off your rotor or drum

Thanks. I do a bit of laser cutting with plastics and some machining, but never really any forming. I'm more of a metal guy, machining/fab work. These were my second set, the first weren't bad, but not enough coverage.

I'm still looking for a rear diff. If you have one that's not too crusty. Just the third is all I need

I totally forgot you wanted one. If you want a third member I’ll check this weekend. Pretty sure a couple of them are minty.
As for fronts I have a crusty 4runner diff with vacuum ADD. That’s about it

To be clear. I have no housings. Hell I’m looking for one for my Fathers 2002.

I just happened to find a front diff this past weekend out of a 01 runner with add....that's all they had left of the truck though, it was sitting on a shelf. But yea if you could look this weekend and think on a price I could prolly drive up your way next weekend. All I'm missing for my regear is the third. Thanks

If your making the drive up here your more than welcome to just have one. I think I’ve got 6-7 of them. I’ll take a look. If I’m out of work early enough one day I’ll make it there sooner
