Oh and as much as it pained me I added my first color stickers to the truck. Companies worth supporting IMO.

I did. Have a neighbor with a cnc plasma table that's been kind enough to let me use it. Really need to get a swag offroad press brake so I don't need to weld the bend seem, it works just doesn't look very professional.

I don't think I'd be able to hear it in the cab with the topper and platform. Was considering on installing a grommet for the handle though.

Finished up my valve cover gaskets and new injectors from MotorWest. The intake valves looked pretty good from what i could see. Just under 270k and the old girl still runs great:thumbsup:20220429_182438.jpg 20220429_144653.jpg 20220429_112721.jpg 20220429_112710.jpg

Tundra Front disk brakes, Recarro bucket seats, the switchback blinker/running light mod, sound insulation and new speakers. 2023 - New Bilstein 4600s, new center bearing and clutch pack.
Three items: Cap came off, Tundra front disk brakes, thank you dbturbo at AdventureTaco and I cleaned the MAF sensor. I was skeptical but the drivability is much better.

I'd say it would be worth it if 285's is all a guy plans on running. Provide a stock power feel. Maybe even a bit more pep on the 5-speed.

After solos I might get some 34/9.5 boggers

truck will be a mountain truck and probably rarely leave the county after I graduate

May as well just wait and go 4.88. A little extra gearing would be nice as a strict mountain rig. Really debating on Solos too since they claim to move that LBJ 1" forward. You would clear those 34's pretty easily and I plan to jump to 35s. Hopefully reducing the amount of tubbing involved.
