Thanks, I got a used set when I picked up my spare spindles.

I also got some OEM brake calipers and ABS hub sensor wires/connector thingies if anyone is in need.

I have ran without a CAT for several years now. And in that time I have burned through four mufflers. And each time it ends up sounding like a tractor, I hate it.
Now the reason I lost my CAT was the TRD headers didn't bolt up to the CAT so I had it removed. I have been thinking about putting a CAT back on and replacing the whole exhaust, I want quiet.

I would imagine that no cats would be quite loud. Is it correct to assume you don't have to worry about emissions testing. Do you have a supercharger?

I may be worth trying one of these before you back to using a cat.

switched all my light bulbs for leds Its nice and bright now. A bit to bright still dialing in. Ordered a bunch of different LEDs. Might get some frosted film to smooth out some of the lights

Much better idea than the $130 something reinforcements. That's crazy expensive.

I don't know man. OEM LCAs are crazy expensive. Like $400+ for a set.

True. But I'd have a hard time paying that much for something that costs what $10 to produce. Plus you've got brand new arms that are going to last for what another 100 thousand+ miles.

I am not going to blame eimkeith for this. He's just a TW brother with skills and tooling, providing a service.

yeah the hope for something mostly quiet is my hopes for this setup. I could have gone the oem replacement route but I have had this idea in my head of a side exit and specifically this style side exit:

    1556FD45-B911-49CE-B9EE-AD55B0122B48.jpg

Mostly because I haven’t seen it done before yet.

and my old one looked like this and was so goddamn loud on the highway that I hated my life.

I haven’t got around to making an aluminum bezel or some flared ends but I’ve had a side exit for years. Clears everything way easier. With the half doors the drone kind of sucks but it’s not horrible
