I keep wondering when things are going to boil over with society. The last thing to collapse is the surface. Stay ready so you don’t have to get ready.

A good friend of mine had nearly the exact procomps (15x10 instead of 15x8) and 33s I've been eyeing for a while sitting on a rarely-driven FJ60, so we got out in the heat and moved some wheels around. I'm going to test drive these for about a month and go ahead and do my trimming and hammering to make these work so I know it will be easy when I go up to 33s permanently. I was afraid of straying too far from OEM, but now that I've seen the steelies and 33s I am sold.

    Thank you sir!

Thanks! Bilstein 5100s on all four corners (33-247724, 33-247717 on the rear), OME 883 springs, OME Dakars w/ the AAL. Stock UCAs at the moment but hope to change those out before I get a permanent set of 33s. I installed the lift fairly recently and posted before/after pics here (also shows my 31s so you can compare to the 33s )

I also want to know what seats those are, how comfy, and did you have to modify anything to make em fit?

Seats out of a friends 04' Impreza, they are extremely comfortable and hug hips/shoulders great, almost 0 movement when off road and buckled in good (plans for 4-point soon!...)

I did have to adapt the 3 out of the 4 mount points with 1/8" steel brackets that I welded onto the original Subaru seat track, just to relocate the bolt holes that mount to the body floor.

If i remember, I'll grab pics when my seats come out to clean the truck in a week or two.

ah yes, the dreaded stripped front diff plug. There's a Lexus one that uses a socket rather than a hex key that's a worthy upgrade

just search Lexus on this thread and the part number will pop up

If you strip the plug, suddenly your diff fluid becomes lifetime fluid in my book.

Absolutely love the seats other than them not folding down as far so it’s really tough to get into the XtraCab
