Yeah right! Mine sounds SOO good now ;) Way better than just my doors IMO. Especially, since they are 5x7's, which are larger than my 6.5 circles. I've got it faded to the rear 3 notches, and it fills my truck so nicely with full sound :jerkoff:

    What 5x7s did you get?

I've always had best results with a really nice pair up front and a great sub that is very tight and can handle the low mids and lows.

Most audiophiles, not that I consider myself a true one, don't use rear speakers.

    :notsure:

    Depends I guess.

With an 8" sub I would agree. But in the acoustic space of a vehicle I think rears are important for the warmness that I hear all to often missing in car stereos.

I'm gonna go with an Arc Audio KS10 sub powered by a 200 watt amp (still have to figure out which one).

I spoke with Rick at Raamaudio, extensively, and this is what he recommends and discussing what I want in sound.

I'll see. I can always pull the raam mat off the rear speaker cubbies and put something back there.

the axle will twist under the leaf springs thus making for wheel hop and more traction.

While a prius may produce less co2, my truck produces oxygen directly into the atmosphere.

Picked up a new set of tires today. Let it snow!
