When there isn't anything back there it's fine, but once I'm loaded up for camping it's not the best. I think maybe 500 more when all said and done. 2 of the biggest things of need going forward are a new custom leaf pack and a re-gear (which has been on the list for a minute but this has now been pushed up the list).

Yeah been there. IIRC got the last Denso at a high price locally instead of waiting for shipping from RA, but saw these Toy MVPs this time so checked it out.

    Thanks man!

I have a set of halos/angel eyes I'm excited to instal, but I'm a little hesitant to crack open the new e-codes. The integrated turns in the halos would allow me to mess w the lower bumper a little more:D

Almost forgot about the rear proportioning valve bracket to account for the lift... 3 years after the fact.

Night and day difference along with properly adjusted rear brakes. If you haven't done it - do it. This was from BAMF.

Got a 3D printer recently so I redesigned my drawer lock with a rack and pinion. All the off the shelf "cabinet locks" I could find just seemed too chintzy and I didn't like the idea of a locking handle

I'm guessing a burnt exhaust valve

Actually, the valve seals where starting to give you white smoke. And a leak down test showed the valve needed some touching up.

I really thought it was a burnt valve since the valves where never adjusted. But so far so good.

Got the front end aligned on my 95 4X4 yesterday. The tech said "I maxed everything out to get you here and that's the best I can do". :)

To be fair, it was wrecked when I got it, left front hit (above frame). The tires were wearing on the outside. It has 266,666 miles on it. Drives excellent. Gets very few miles anyway, so I'm gonna settle for it.

I actually have a couple questions for you after looking at your setup-

    1. Did you get the tall version to clear the roof rack? Thought that might only be an option for later gens

    2. Didn’t know they had clear side windows, did you request them special? Mind sharing how much it cost?

    3. Did they provide/install the panels? I ask because their pics have them oriented front to back on the F-150.

My new steering rack came in a couple days ago. Pump should be here today.

    Couple questions.

I've been running Whiteline rack bushings. Has anyone run them and then @TOTAL CHAOS bushings that can compare? Leaning towards TC. But want to see if anyone has input on a comparison.

And how bout the 333 Fab rack clamp thing? Probably going to order one. Is it worth it?

Anything, at all, anyone can suggest to improve the strength of the steering, short of throwing it all in the trash and going full hydro?

I have TC rack bushings and for the life of me cannot get the 333 Fab clamp fitted. Not sure if the bushings are a little stiffer and just doesn’t give as the other bushings, or if the clamp is too small, but I could not get it installed.

BTW, I love the TC rack bushings, best set I have used in 23 years of ownership.
