    Made this a while ago actually, switch panel out of 1/8" plate, in place of ashtray which always falls out. With a led for each circuit to show its on. Don't mind the scratches already on it. Didnt take my time painting.

    I got the bolt out. I thought it was a nut at the bottom so I put the impact to it but it was a welded nut :eek: soooo yeah...

    But I was talking about pushing the bushing out. But I got it! Channel locks and a bolt to push it out.

    ALL OF THEM!...Then some more.
    Side I just have a hand drill to make a rough cutout then I use a small saw and then files. I do most everything the hard way with hand tools. Takes time but can turn out pretty good. I'm not loving this panel as the switches are a bit crooked. Might have Jerry CNC me something later.

    Nothing wrong doing it that way, done it many times. Before we had a mill thats pretty much how we did similar things, unless we had the time to get it water/laser cut. I still have to do it on parts that wont fit on the mill or out in the field. It can actually be kinda relaxing.:eek:

    I removed the spindle from the truck and had a shop press out the old ones and press in the new ones for the uniball.

    A hammer is really easy if you dont care about the old joints. Just set the spindle on top of a vise so the jaws support the spindle and when you hit the ball joint it can slide out the bottom. One or two hard whacks to crack it loose and it will come out pretty easy. I found it easier to hit the base around the ball joint than it was to hit the stud of the ball joint

    In the past two weeks I've installed a 3" suspension (3 in the front and 2 in the rear) and a 3" body, Courser MT 35's with a new set of rims, and put in a flowmaster 40. I have a 99 2.7L Prerunner and it actually handles the 35's well! And doesnt sound ricey at all! Im pleased!

    Do it! I love em! I made the turn signals the halos so I could get rid of the ugly orange. The blue LEDs are my running lights but I want to get some HIDs to match them.
