So I am getting this mesh into my grille and wanted to get some lights to go behind the grill. What are the skinniest lights? It seems like on the 00 the radiator is really close to the grille. Im making the mesh a deeper width than what the factory grille was but still think I need some skinny width lights.. or will that not be possible?

    Look at build!
I used The automatcentral.com 7" lights behind mine. My mesh is as deep as it can be an they fit fine, just used some aluminum angle iron to mount then to the radiator support and mine have hid bulbs in them so it makes em a bit deeper than of it were just the stock halogen bulbs

Tell me about it...I could not figure out how to get the dash apart the other day. I could get the top of the dash out but could not get the bottom to budge. I know there's a screw above the ashtray but I couldn't find it.

on your guy's dash there is the screws on each side of the climate controls..then you have to pull the very very bottom piece out and there is a third screw behind it.

took me a minute to find that too as my dash isn't connected to the bottom like that.

Not at all, I just cut the angle iron into about 3-4" lengths and drilled 2 holes through it and the rad support then bolted it up with nylock nuts. Then bolted the light to the bottom of the angle iron and bam it was done

Installed my 21'' light bar from Blitzpro. I like it a lot, it fills in what my retros miss right in front of the truck.

While I was down there mounting it I noticed my passenger side caliper is covered in fluid coming from the brake hose. That probably explains why my brake light has been on for the last couple weeks...Anyone ever have that problem before? I didn't attempt to tighten anything up because I was in a time crunch to get the light installed. Hopefully it's just the hose that needs replacing or tightening.
