Yeah the weather was awesome mid 70's

 

I bought a bunch of stuff to go on my Tacoma today and yesterday...

3 cans silverish rustoleum paint to repaint my wheels and badging on tailgate (keeping the stock color)
1 can matte finish clearcoat, also for the wheels
2 cans black automotive paint to repaint the tailgate
1 can gloss finish clearcoat for the tailgate

Rough Country Nitro 9000 Rear Shock Set
Rough Country Nitro 9000 Front Strut Set
OME 881 Spring Set

Got a fix it ticket for my window tint and I really don't want to take it off…

 

My original plan was to paint all my badges black since they looked like shit. The front plastic ones i had no problem with, the other rubber ones didn't come off as easy. So i said screw it

 

Cleaned her all up nice for once!

Hopefully go wheelin' next weekend and get it all dirty again.

 

Somehow managed to put a birch tree through my floor and the same branch took off a body mount Gota love skidder trails.

 

Finally took the front mud flaps off. Looks so much better.

 

Upgraded to the Anzo clear headlights. Got em and new corner markers for 75$ shipped off of ebay.

just got done with a pressed wheel bearing! holy f n crap was it hard. bent up out 20 ton press! i recommend if you try this! dont! take it to a shop. i would have much rather payed the 250 for someone else to do it. i was wigging out i was going to scew it up and have to leave my taco at our shop and walk my ass home!

pressed wheel bearings suck end of story!

 

Got it rhino lined and then did a little camping and utilized my 4wd. Brought some kayaks but didn't end up using them. I have a little video clip but I'll have to post that later. All in all I am very impressed with this little truck so far.

 

I just love that colour. Mint condition truck dude, awesome look. Going to put a lift on it?

 

He doesnt need a lift. I love his truck just the way it is. I wouldnt change a thing if it was my truck.

 

Yeah its in pretty good shape, you'd never know it has 185K miles from looking at it.

Haha, thanks guys. I have an OME lift coming this week. Just gonna do 2" though, nothing crazy. Just want a little more lift to clear the 265/75's.

Are you going to be doing the lift install yourself or have it done instead? If you're taking it some place to have it done, let me know how it goes and such as I'm planning on lifting mine later this summer and will be having it done.
