Ya it roles all the time. Mine is an older version I will have to take a pic. I got it for 75 bucks and I kind of fabricated a mount. Lol. Just bent the lip over so I can screw to the inside of the bed.

no, not a show truck , i originally had a 93 with only 82,000 miles then some dumb broad didnt clean the ice from her windshield and hit me head on totalling the truck and tearing my shoulder , so since i had to have surgery and rehab i did this to my newer truck as part of my rehab

Actually did this a few months ago: FTW! Way better on my old knees, and keeps stuff from sliding around. Bedrug quit offering their custom fit rug for the '99, but I found their universal rug and used a rubber liner as a pattern. Used it to good end in DEC in Death Valley: way to windy to set up the big tent, so we threw our stuff in the cab and slept in the bed: comfortable!

(Just picked up the Thule Aero load bars used, and am waiting for the tracks and feet to come to mount on the shell top)

And, the truck came with this serious towing hitch mount that looks to be a great place to mount rescue gear, or a fabbed winch mount

    Whoa. Please go on.

I'm looking at trying to put a receiver hitch on the front but don't see any good spots (for a multi mount winch set up)

    ...too much shit to list.
That's used to flat tow the tacoma behind another vehicle. Mounting anything that low and that far forward is going to kill your accent angle.
