Yeah, I need to do this too. I have no idea if the PO ever did, although I do have a few dealer service receipts, including the T-belt and H20 pump. He took care of it, but who knows... closing in on 130k now.

My buddies tacoma would not start the other day. He was so relieved when it turned out to only be a clogged fuel filter. He had changed it once in the past and the replacement only had 90K or so on it. This prompted me to do mine. The junk that came out of his was much worse than mine tho.

Got me to thinking about the fuel pump inside the tank. Maybe an old, partially clogged filter makes the pump work harder and potentially shortens its life.

It ends up being a fairly easy and inexpensive job. Worth the $26 and 20 minutes.

Yeah, it is very acessible on the 5ZV-FE. On my old 93 22re, it was tucked under the intake mani back near the starter. Nightmare.

Painted the outer ring black and installed back into the truck. Haven't taken it out for a drive yet.

Painted the radiator and behind the grille and also installed the new headlights at Philips X-treme Power bulbs. Damn they're bright! but not necessarily white. I still need to aim them but idk what tool to use that fits behind there to get to the 2 bolts per side :notsure: My socket wrench with the step down adapters don't fit back there.

These are the low beams, but are aimed up way too high. Need to adjust.

That's quite a view. Not something you see here in Florida... but it was 72F here today. :p
