It was part payment on some work I had done,so I installed it with an isolator to run a 12 volt freezer and an inverter, could have gone smaller but I figured I should get my money out of this guy,and it'll run the freezer 4 days easy:D

Haven't done it yet, but getting ready to go see a used topper 2 1/2 hours from me...and it appears to be a color match for me. Wish me luck!

Nice, let me know how they sound when you get them installed. I plan on replacing mine some day and $80 a set doesn't sound bad to me.

Hmm, looks like I'll probably be going with these anyways. A bit more oomph from them.
    http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_64190_Kicker-CSS684.html

The total for the sound system I want is $1015.... Haha but I'll just be getting a new head-unit and amp wiring kit first. That way when I do finally get a sub and component speakers it'll already be pre-wired.

Just please do not wire your sub and components on the same amp unless you get a 5 channel

Haha don't worry, I've been in the speaker game before. I'll be running a mono-block amp for one 10" sub and a 4-channel amp for my component speakers and tweeters.

Mines a little over that but I love it crystal clear vocals. Bass is moderate. Obv no great lows but mids and highs are great. Good for me

Yeah, I used to want a lot of bass back in high school. Now I just want everything to be nice and clear sounding. Hopefully the stock speakers with a new head-unit will hold me over for a little while...
