replaced motorized antenna with stationary one. Now I have a radio for the first time since buying the truck last year.
Also mounted reverse lights and started wiring...didn't get far on that though since I'm not sure where I want the relay to be..

Replaced left itr about to have it aligned now, it's easy to replace. About a 20 min job with the right tools, or an hour without the right tools and having to look for one that does the job lol

Good to hear! Any tips? It does look very simple. I just hope rust isn't a problem on mine. Did you locktite the new one and use antiseize where the outer and inner meet?

New LBJ's finally. 186k miles was getting scary on the originals. They had no play in them surprisingly though.

Replaced the front struts, lower ball joints, and inner tie rod ends. My buddy has a lift and about any tool you can imagine so it only took us a few hours.

Yeah took me 2 hours just to do the lower joints, but that's with a leaky jack, simple socket set, BFH, and a puller that only works on the TRE

I used a Lisle Pittman puller from Amazon and they popped off like a cork. This is probably the first time we didn't run into trouble doing maintenance/repair haha.

Yeah the tie rod was a piece of cake with the puller, the LBJ on the other hand required a long piece of broken axle shaft and the biggest sledge I could find int he shop. Just pry the axle between the lbj and lca and smack.

    Look at build!
Took me 30 minutes with the right tools per side and that's from jacking the front end up to letting it off the jack

Any chance you could roughly list the steps to do it? Did you get the rental press kit from Autozone?
