Finally took the time to redo my grill.

Cut it so its only 1" deep all the way around to make more room for my lights:

Also decided I would cut out the little tirangle pieces:

And Lastly, I decided to color match it, I really didn't like the black on the old man tan truck. I think it looks pretty good, much better than last time. Just need to cut the mesh pieces to fit the triangles, but for now, its off to work.

More than that, its the movement of the body. My bumper has about a finger width in between the fender and bumper and on a few huge hits it made small cracks from where the body shifts and it hit the bumper. Not as much of an issue with crawling though, and bumper looks really good 45acp

I'll be considerate to others and not continue quoting pictures.

With that said, bumper looks awesome! I like small stinger bumpers built high and tight. I'll probably build something similar. For added support up top, you could go from the tube beneath the headlights and through the core support. Tie it into the frame or something. But if you end up buying that Dana 60 (like you should), none of this would matter anyway :D

Looks great! :) I really like how the gaps between the upper tube and bottom tube are pretty small. Stinger is nicely done and the way the outer part of the bumper curves and wraps around the fenders looks great too!

Can't wait to see the front of your truck with the skids back on

Hmm...maybe not...I just assumed they did because of the price fluctuations between winter and summer...they must do that just for fun ;)

I'm debating doing the Seafoam treatment...but as I said before I'm a tad intimdated by the procedure. I'll read up on how others have done it though and see if I'm up to the task.

I'm thinking I need to do some other things that might help my gas mileage. I've already done the AFE filter (and doing the deckplate mod soon) and I use Lucas fuel treatment in every tank. I have new plugs and wires (don't know the last time they were changed) that I'm going to have put in when I do my timing belt. I guess all that really leaves is the fuel system...including possible Seafoam-ing and fuel filter replacement. Hoping one or all of these will help my gas mileage since it's gone down since I got the cap put on it.
