Well I think I've got one side figured out. I was about to get the rear liked up in the shackle but I was starving so I had to grab some food. I'll get that bolted up and then try to move the axle around to match up with the plate. My main problem is I'm fighting the other spring. So I'll loosen up the u-bolts on that side more to make it easier to position the axle.

what I've done it I take the U bolts off on both sides completely separating the axle from the springs. I put a strap from the driveshaft to the frame so that way the drive shaft won't pull all the way out. what problems are you having with your brake line?

I just don't know how to disconnect it. Do I unhook it from the axle and then add the line fr wheelers to it? Or do I disconnect both ends and then replace the entire thing with the extended one? When I try to disconnect from the axle, I can turn it about once but then the rubber line just twists.

I forget exactly how I did it, I'm pretty sure it was able to remove the lower fitting completely the line should twist but you should be able to get it off. If Not behind the bracket that holds the Upper Fitting is a clip that holds it On The Bracket,Take It Off, You Should Have A New One With The Extended line so you can figure out how it goes on comes off.

Yeah I figured it would come out of the top but it's so rusted/caked in dirt couldn't figure it out. I also don't know how to bleed my brakes so I tried my best to not mess with the line. I'll scrape it down tomorrow and see if I can figure out how to remove the line. Then I should be able to get that side done tomorrow night or Monday night. If I have a problem I'll PM you and maybe give you a call. Thanks man

So yes, my last post states I cleaned the inside and detailed, blah blah blah. Well, today (and tomorrow) i'm getting this thing muddy. Supposed to rain tomorrow, so going to go on dirt roads and just splash the truck up. Oh, and I finished my grill last week. Not near perfect (i'm a painting noob) but in due time :)

If you had to add 2gallons of coolant then hou have a major leak somewhere. The whole system only hold 10 quarts. That means you were almost completly empty.
