Eh, see my Build Thread sig link. Too many mods to list.
I thought it was a good question as well, so I contacted my agent and she said that they base loss reimbursement on the KBB value and trucks in my area for sale.

She also said that I should keep all of the receipts showing the money I spent. Damnit...I have been completely negligent on keeping them together and would be hard pressed to find ANY of them right now. Grrr. I knew better when I started this whole mod thing. I was too busy spending money on parts - I couldn't afford a file folder.

On my old truck I didn't report any of my mods, I had kept all the stock parts and when I wrecked it I just pulled any salvageable mods off and put the stock parts back on

    Edit: Wrecked not wreck

Every Insurance company handles mods differently. For Progressive, I had to go down to an agent and have pictures taken, provide receipts PRIOR to an accident for them to cover them.

Now that I am with USAA, they said they cover up to $5k with proof of purchase. Above and beyond that, I would have to talk to the under writers and have my policy modified. I am not at 5k yet, but I will keep that in mind.

Keep all proof of purchase and take pics often! You can always pull stuff off a wrecked truck, but you will never see it again if it is stolen!

Truth. I had a ton of aftermarket stuff on my motorcycle that I got back because of special insurance for it when it got stolen.

I have USAA. Not sure about mods, but I specifically asked about coverage while off-roading. I was told that there's nothing in the policy that says they don't cover it. :notsure:

Yeah, they cover you on or off the road. However, if you have $10k worth of after market shocks/coils, bumpers, stereo, amp, hame radio, etc, etc. You may need extra coverage. Otherwise, they will only pay you market price for your truck. Those extras, upgrades, mods, can be covered above the market price, with reciepts, up to a certain dollar amount.

I'm curious as to how they handle vehicles that have gone through significant modifications (like SAS, LT, etc.). Does the cost go up /liability change because I welded the crap together with youtube as my guide?

Scheduled an appointment at the local shop for some maintenance.. Getting horrible gas mileage and it's killing me. 14mpg on the highway and I'm driving pretty normal. Gonna check out the MAF and Throttle Body, as well as some other things..

Tires are wearing down pretty bad, when BFG A/Ts get worn they are LOUD. Wow.

Hate to say it but lately I've been sick of my truck!

Im on the same boat :( I've had way to much shit going wrong with my truck lately, a lot of little things lately too, for instance I took it in for an alignment last Friday, been over a week since ive actually seen it, they had to put new steering rack bushings in it, found leaks all over in my rack and what not, wont hold an alignment, said im going to have to replace my cat converter soon, and my head gasket is blown, I ABSOULUTELY hate saying this but im considering selling it  I hope no one else has to replace what I have, especially owning it about a year

Ah, I got ya. Well if you do end up selling it, make sure you replace it with another tacoma :)

The light output is very good... i was skeptical with putting it so low but it turned out to work awesome... i can hardly tell a difference when its on and i turn my headlights on!

Probably will, im not sure how many lumens my 22" led bar is but it drowns out my brights and lights up anything within 200 yards

Ya I know it, I want to keep it as long as I can but sometimes its so tempting, I probably couldn't bring myself to doing it unless im trading it for a newer taco
