I'd weld them on if closer! I charge $60 bucks to weld on slider here

Just the norm skids, sliders, & 35's
Got my timing belt and water pump changed. Along with the tensioner and two pulleys. Figured out the pump was bad causing the squeaking noise I was hearing. Also changed the front and rear diff gear oil along with the transmission and transfer case gear oil. Then got my two front skids mounted under the truck. Still have to build sliders and paint and mount my tcase skid.

Edit: forgot but flushed the power steering as well. Truck is happy now.

Looks awesome. Can't even start on mine since I didn't get the end plates yet!! Frustrated

Tempted to just try and cut some out with a cut off wheel. I want to get this thing done before my break is over.

How much did you end up cutting off the frame? 3" exactly? How precise does it need to be? And caps flush with the end of the frame or sticking out half way?

I did 3" exactly on the top of the frame but I didnt follow any line so I might have had a little less cut off at the bottom. I noticed I cut more off the pass side so I have to space my bumper off the frame with some washers to make the bumper sit even. Also I might have put the plates in a little out of square because the bumper angles back a little and leaves an increasingly bigger gap between the fender leading back to the wheel. And I did the plates flush with the frame. All in all take your time and dont rush. Its gonna take you 4-6 hours to get it all tacked up if youre working alone

Looks good. I would have mounted on passenger side to offset the weight of the fuel tank.
