I'm not finished yet, gonna shorten the front up about an inch and still have to template the underside and top. Then I have to figure exactly how I'm going to mount it and cut part of my winch mount which currently is kinda a hidden mount under a really hacked up bumper:(

    Any suggestions on design etc?

Finally swapped out the upstream O2 sensor.

Sir Montague came riding in on his trusty steed and was able to actually get the wiring harness clip off the bracket, which then made it a 10 minute job after that.

Albeit brief, it was nice to spend see him again.

Completed my 883 and 5100 instillation today! Had a shop do the front, and I tackled the rear myself. Used Toytec's 1"-2" adjustable shackles set at highest setting paired with 5100 shocks. (Sorry, no pics of this). I am yet to install my diff drop and that will most likely have to wait until next weekend. I am very pleased with how everything turned out. Looks to have gained 2"-2.5" up front with measurements of 38" driver side from ground to fender and 38.5" on the passenger side. I did not get the trim packer thing because nobody will notice the difference except for me and maybe some people on this site. The ride is much better than stock! And a special thanks out to everyone who helped me by answering all my questions!

The front end complete, before swapping rear.

Put some lights in my topper a few days ago! 4 spots that angle and rotate in and out of the bed.

Are there any problems with running a dying catalytic converter? Other than the environment...
I'm considering the URD O2 simulator as a temporary solution until I can afford a new cat, but only if leaving the dead one won't hurt MPG or get clogged up. Removing it entirely isn't an option because it's a CA car

My rear one went bad. No need to fix what ain't broke. The rear one(closest to the diff) went bad from having such a steep angle all the time from 4.5" lift or so.

Replaced it(and carrier bearing before as I thought it was the problem originally) and added axle shims and a 1.5" BEEFED CB drop bracket and now my drive shaft is almost straight. Should be a problem, now for a long time.

I've come to the conclusion that my squeal goes away when it's above about 30 degrees haha

Still going to try to figure out what's causing it.

Yeah, that's not the issue. It's trying to find out what it is so I don't waste money fixing something that isn't broken.

Yeah, but it was in 30 degree weather and I was ready to get done. So it's very likely that I could have missed a zerk or two. So that's definitely going to be something I do before I buy any replacement parts.
