I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
You do know you will need new axles too right? And maybe spindles the conversion is not just hubs. I thought about but after seeing it would cost about 800 bucks I didn't.

Disconect the front end, get some gas MPG, better handling in snow if you have a auto locker.

Did you get the CV's and the rest of that fun stuff with the hubs?

This truck is a work truck - not a lot of fancy mod's here, but it's getting the job done!
They are just sitting there for the moment and area all three independent boxes... but the rear seatbelt mount kinda secures them in. I will fasten them down once I take them back out and vacuum out underneath them - kinda had to finish in a hurry and just threw them in... Also have to fasten them together with some through bolts that won't tear up the wood... The way I built them, they have to go in and out as separate boxes - as 1 unit, the seats would have to be removed to do that...

Believe it or not, I went to the Home Depot for the plywood, piano hinges, carpet (indoor/outdoor grey) and the trim - it's 1/2 C-channel aluminum 1/16 gauge and 1/2 L-metal aluminum 1/16 gauge.

They are great boxes to have - It all started because that dang cooler would bash around if I didn't have the passenger seat all the way back. With them installed, I still have plenty of room in either seat for me to sit comfortably and I'm 6'1".

And here is my truck today on the job site flexing a bit - Kuhmo Mojave's 31x10.5 - good tires even in the slick mud (I don't have 4wd)
