Make sure to put one right in the middle of the rear window so that it blocks your view. That's what really ties the package together!

No, after market upper arms allow for more caster by relocating the upper ball joint or spherical bearing "out a bit and to the the rear". This initially moves the tire to the rear as well, the opposite of increasing caster with the adjusters on the lower arms. So, with after market upper arms it is possible to have excessive caster (extra caster "built in" to the arms + the "diminished due to lift" range provided by the lower arm adjusters). This being said, have them go for the high end of the caster range, maybe even a little more if you have larger tires. With the after market arms you pretty much loose the ability to move the tire as far forward as is possible with stock arms.

I'm only running 265/75 16 and they are starting to do this. But I'm on stock height with 180k on my coilovers so it is mostly under heavy braking.

needing to replace my O2 sensor, is it recommended that i replace the whole harness or can I just replace the sensor itself?

I'm impressed, they're freezing their asses off, and still smiling. :D
Now I see why you have a DC and built it the way you did.

they sell just the sensor separate from the harness also, which is cheaper. I don't see how the rest of the harness could go bad
