Posted this in the wet floor board thread but i figured id get an answer here as aposed to reviving a year old thread
Anyways i was cleaning my truck
    Passenger floorboard was wet
With water so it wasnt a heatercore or anything at least im pretty sure because from what i read it would have a distinct smell an would feel oily

Would this grommet that is open to the engine bay cause my truck to get a wet floor board and if so what is supposed to go through it

And ac hose? If so i dont even have one up there anymore where would it be coming from if it is supposed to be onequ7asany_50677638e6f70bede14825345520147d1179e3fd.jpg

Im not sure if my picture is going to work

    I have a 2002 extended cab

And if the picture doesnt work its a small rubber grommet thats about smack dab right in the middle of the passenger footwell area

Thanks to anyone who can help i appreciate it

    Got er Done!!! 48"

.... I looked at another salvage yard and they had one that measured 36", so they must have had two sizes..

I had to cut about 4" off so it would lay flat..

I need to touch up a few small spots with paint but overall it's in great condition.

The hardest part was getting the lenses off, pretty easy after that.

Got the LBJ/tie-rod done on the passenger side. While I had it apart, threw in the rebooted CV axle w/ the boot stretch mod. The fins have such a better angle on them. Pictures later tonight.

When I took mine off there was no way I could have torqued them that much even with a breaker bar, the springs would just flex, I had to cut one out.

Finished painting the doors then installed new mirrors and handles. Also installed some turnbuckles to hold my toolbox down.
