In the 285/75/16 size they are very price competitive. Those and the Cooper ST's.

I had problems before the switch and so we upgraded it. It's improved over what it used to be but I'd still like it to be better.

My Dynapros are quiet, rotate well, and grip awesome in mud and snow. The 255/85 KM2s I had made some vibration in the steering wheel when just getting goig from a stop and these don't. Not sure if all KM2s do that. It was like they weren't round just for that first 1mph.

Mine don't vibrate so maybe they were just braking in.

Yeah, all KM2's do that unless you have low psi. The spacing between the lug pattern causes that vibration that some people have gotten tired of. I never noticed it much until some buddies complained about it on their vehicles... Haha

Put some snow on the hood, added little icicles to the bumper. Thought I would get into the winter spirit.

    Dayum. That does look good.

Never thought of putting clear coat over flat black but I like the look. Not too glossy at all.

I'm still up in the air about clear coating just for the sake of ease to touch up.

Did you use a matte clear coat?

Yeah, I used a matte clear coat. We'll see how well it holds up on the trail though. A friend of mine did the same thing last year and his did ok so I'm pretty confident.

Has anyone ever found a good solution for the cracked seat trim? Other than just buy a new one? I'm thinking I'll take it off and try some epoxy.

I'm sure that it would take better if you did, but for the price and the reading on my "give-a-crap", I chose not to take the time to sand off all of the finish. I'll let you know how well it holds up after my trip to the Lincoln national forest next month.
