    When I put my bilstin 5100 struts and shcoks we didn't put that brushing on we use a rubber fitting so it wasn't metal on metal

    Been wanting to do this for a while now. I went with the roll on kind from rustoleum. And picked up a used but in great shape delta tool box for 100 bucks. The guy didn't have keys for it, but wasn't a problem cause I had some cam locks laying around. I went ahead and bed lined it too.     Installed the latch and watertight toolbox on my bumper. Hopefully I can get the bedside protection welded on tomorrow or Friday before I leave for spring break.

    Thanks! I complemented the mounting with a lock that takes 17,000 lbs of force to cut. The thing's a beast. Someone can always smash the box if they really wanted inside, but some sockets and wrenches might be a disappointment to them.
