You want me to find you an inclinometer?

 

well in my case i didnt realize it till they were welded on but in your case just figure out where they will be hittin and mark that spot then bend the pinch weld up or notch it so the tube wont rub on it. i ended up using a big flat head and hammer to get it to bend ever so slightly out of the way

 

just an FYI, the american 1st gen 4 runners had inclinometers in them.

 

In my case I'll prob just cut off a chunk of the pinch weld where the bars will hit. Doing this may not even be enough clearance. I'll mock it up again tonight

That's what I had to do, as well as cut the plate on the legs closest to the leaf spring mounts.

I put on the winter tires. Looks a little sad now. It felt like I was getting my dog neutered.

Trimmed the pinch weld and bought mounting hardware for the sliders. Going to bolt them on then weld them tomorrow

Checked the coolant level in the reservoir tank and was almost empty, then looked underneath the truck and found a small puddle. The leak looks like it was just coming from that exact spot, no place else. So it shouldn't be the water pump correct? Maybe the hose? or the radiator might have a slight crack down there?
