Yep, the only thing i hated was the bumper & the 14" of plastic that hung down just to accomodate those ugly ass turn signals...

 

Lol he just placed my grille in front of his, but I do thing it'd look sick with his headlights and my grille

I read your post somewhere that said to do the "red eye" glowing effect is different than the older 2.0's. Why is that? Do you not paint the cut off shield for the newer versions?

 

I'm at work right now I'll get some up later though! And with the 3.0s you can't pull the lens away from the bowl and they switch to a different high beam solenoid, the lens is like plastics welded to the bowl if that makes sense. You could drill out and bolt it but it's easier to just do the led

 

Kind of hard to tell with these bright ass XBs, might wired them to a switch later on right now they're spliced into the halos. Also I have smoked lenses so it's not as intense

I like the glowing effect of the amber halos and then the red glow. Kinda "Fiery"... if that's a word

I've experienced full blown death wobble with 37 inch tires at high speeds. Not a fun experience.

I hear lots of good things about Redline MT-90. Need to switch mine out soon as well...

I can personally vouch for MT-90.

Tried Royal Purple at first and that gear oil royally sucks.

Ever since putting in MT-90 the shifting is very smooth and I no longer have an awful time when it's cold out.

 

Where is everyone getting mt90 from?

 

First mods to my 2000 tacoma, be ordering 5100 billies/eibach springs for the front and toytec aal with 5100 billies in the rear for suspension, got a custom bumper in the works as well should be built very soon. Work in progress...

 

I picked up a set of these. Really like the low beam light and pattern.
